This includes building in more pleasure, engagement and meaning to your life.​ So think of it as unlocking your potential to be the best you can be, and flourish at the same time.​
As a qualified psychotherapist and experienced psychology lecturer, I bring a unique set of skills and knowledge to my coaching practice, enabling a deeper insight into what you bring to the coaching session.
