Adolescence is a challenging time—balancing self-discovery with the demands of education, parents, and peers. With over 20 years of experience working with teenagers, I help teens build confidence, resilience, and direction, equipping them with tools to thrive in school and life.

​

How I Help
I offer tailored sessions or structured programmes for teens. Together, we address their unique challenges and focus on building autonomy, competence, and belonging. Using psycho-education, teens gain insight into their experiences and learn practical strategies to manage stress, improve communication, and boost motivation.

​

Sessions focus on experiential learning, helping teens "rewire" their brains for long-term positive change. This essential life training addresses gaps not covered in school, including coping with social media, peer pressure, and academic demands.

Programmes Available:

  • Resilience Programme (6 Sessions): Stress management, handling setbacks, and building a growth mindset.

  • Flourish Programme (6 Sessions): Identifying strengths, enhancing relationships, and fostering well-being.

  • Thriving Teen Programme (11 Sessions): A comprehensive toolkit for resilience, communication, self-regulation, and academic success.​

Next Steps

The first step is to get in contact. This can be done via telephoneemail or the contact form on my website.

 

Getting in contact gives you the opportunity to ask any questions about how I practice and clarify any concerns you might have. The initial contact also gives you the opportunity to arrange the first session.

The second step is an initial session. This is a 50-60 minute session and is a chance for us to meet, speak about what has brought you for therapy or coaching and to decide if you want to continue working together. There is no obligation to return if you decide that the service is not for you.

If you decide to continue, then a day and time will be arranged to fit with your availability. The number of sessions is flexible around your needs. ​​​​

Block of 6 sessions @ £75

Lauren was just what we needed, like a guardian angel able to offer gentle encouragement and guidance.
