My Approach

I combine psychotherapy and coaching psychology, drawing on principles from positive psychology, the Human Givens Approach, coaching psychology, and psycho-education. My integrative approach allows me to tailor sessions to your unique needs using modalities such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Person-Centred Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Mindfulness, Humanistic principles, and trauma-focused techniques like the Rewind Technique (similar to EMDR).
As a coach psychologist, I incorporate cognitive behavioural coaching, narrative coaching, neurolinguistic programming, and solution-focused coaching. Together, we’ll clarify your goals, explore challenges, and create meaningful, lasting change through self-reflection and actionable strategies.

Our sessions will focus on building your strengths, overcoming barriers, and establishing goals aligned with your values. We’ll consider all aspects of your life, including lifestyle factors like diet, sleep, and habits, while fostering pleasure, engagement, and meaning. This holistic approach is designed to help you flourish and unlock your potential.​​​

The first step is to get in contact. This can be done via telephone, email or the contact form on my website.
Getting in contact gives you the opportunity to ask any questions about how I practice and clarify any concerns you might have. This initial contact also gives you the opportunity to arrange an your first session.
The second step is an initial session. This is a 50-60 minute session and is a chance for us to meet, speak about what has brought you for therapy or coaching and to decide if you want to continue working together. There is no obligation to return if you decide that the service is not for you.
If you decide to continue, then a day and time will be arranged to fit with your availability. The number of sessions is flexible around your needs. ​​
